Available to rent are spacious 2 and 3 bedroom fully equipped static caravans, situated at South Bay Holiday Park, Brixham, including:

• double bedroom.
• one or two twin bedroom(s).
• living area (doubling up as additional bedroom).
• dining area with table and chairs.
• kitchen area with cooker and sink.
• bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Caravans are hooked up with water and electricity and are kept in a clean and tidy condition.

The caravans are privately owned and situated in a quiet location in the park with good views of the surrounding area. Our rates are very competitive.

Residents have full use of the holiday park's facilities which include club house, entertainment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, crazy golf and children's playground.

Historic Brixham and St. Mary's Bay with its sandy beach are conveniently located nearby. Torbay and Dartmoor are a short journey away.

Directions to the holiday park.

From the end of the M5, south of Exeter:

1. follow the A38 (for Newton Abbot, Torquay and Plymouth) for 2 miles.
2. follow the A380 (for Torquay) for 11 miles.
3. at the roundabout (with the English Riviera in flowers) take the right turn and follow the signs for Brixham (the A380 then the A3022).
4. about 1/2 mile from Brixham town centre, the road goes into two lanes at the traffic lights, take the right lane.
5. follow signs for Upton Manor Farm.
6. turn left at the next roundabout.
7. turn right at the next traffic lights.
8. turn next left into Castor Road.
9. follow signs for South Bay Holiday Park (follow the road to the left, past the big tree), you will find the park on the 2nd right after you pass Upton Manor Farm.
